Design workshop for students at art schools who want to study in Japan
Design workshop for students at art schools who want to study in Japan
Changwon - Seoul, South Korea 2025
Like Japan, South Korea is also experiencing a decline in the number of households reading printed newspapers, making it challenging to obtain newspapers for workshops.
Until recently, they were easy to get in large quantities and were a great material for workshops.
So, this time, I created a workshop that conveys the importance of trying things out, using other familiar tools and materials.
For a new workshop, I first conduct it with students of my university who are interested, gather feedback, and then conduct the improved version on-site.
By continuing to analyse the workshop while conducting it on-site, it has evolved into an excellent workshop that not only conveys the importance of trying but also helps students recognize the existence of the desire to know the results of their experiments. This is thanks to the sincere reactions of the South Korean students.
We are born with the joy of knowing and understanding.
I hope that the students will not forget this and will become individuals who can ignite their own passion for learning.
I appreciate everyone joining my creative thinking workshop in South Korea.
