A hole connecting the outer and inner space in a tool that contains a certain space.  We could say that tools that close up the hole are lids.

When we place a paper lid of about the same size as the hole, the paper slowly falls through the hole, as if it is trying to stay as a lid.

The slow fall of the paper, which seems to go against the earth's gravity, is curiously fascinating and holds our attention for a while. 

While we are watching it, we do not think about anything, but just watch its movement. 

I hope that this moment will empty the viewer's mind and detach oneself from the various thoughts and emotions that accumulate in daily life.

或る空間を内包する道具に於ける、外側と内側の空間を繋ぐ穴。その穴を塞ぐ道具が、ふただと言える。

その穴の大きさとほぼ同じ大きさの紙の蓋を置くと、紙は蓋として留まろうとしているかのように、ゆっくりゆっくりと穴の中を落ちる。

ゆっくりと落ちる様は、地球の重力に反するような動きで不思議な魅力を持ち、我々の目を暫し奪う。

それを見ている間は、何も考えず、ただその動きだけを見ていられる。

その時間が見る人の頭を空にし、日々の暮らしで積み重なる様々な思考と感情から、一度自分を切り離してくれることを期待する。
